Amazon AwareMen's Cotton Straight Leg Chino Pant

These fit my son quite nicely. If I had to describe the fit, I would say it’s a bit slimmer in the legs, and roomy in waist. My son has to belt them to keep them up but they fit great throughout the leg. He is extra super skinny so I’m used to this issue, but if he was a little bigger in the waist they would fit perfect. Still, they look great, and since he has to wear black pants to work, I’m always looking for a good affordable pair that I can just buy again and again when he wears them out (which is often).

Basic pants, didn't work for my needs as I needed something more formal for work/ office. No strettch to fabric & seemed to attract dust/ lint, right out of bag I wanted to like them, but fit & fabric left much much to be desired (for me too casual).

I wanted to like these pants, I was after a casual fit like the photos show. However, the pants are not cut like that. They have huge legs that were very baggy and ugly on me. The waist was over an inch larger than the specified size 36. They actually feel off my narrow hips. I have a 35 inch waist with 39 inch hips. The 44 inch hips on these pants were too roomy and then the leg doesn't taper very much. The Amazon Aware size chart in the pull down menu says the hips are 41.5". Actual size is 1.5 inches larger. The leg openings were huge. I would need to have a pear shape for these to fit or a much bigger hind end. If you are big and bulky or have a body builder shape you may find these pants comfortable.The fabric is nice, it is soft as if it has been prewashed and the construction looks solid.For reference I am 40/35/39, 6’ tall and 187 pounds. Now that I know how they are cut, I think the 34Wx32L may fit me better but I'm not going to try them. They are too baggy of a style, the straight legs are more accurately bow legs and the advertised stretch with 2% spandex is close to zero. Besides, I don't know why stretch is required for pants that are made extra roomy and loose to begin with. It doesn't make sense. Once again the lack of detailed garment dimensions and the inaccuracy of the dimensions provided, results in a return. Be sure to watch the product video that is just below the Product Details near the very bottom of the listing, it shows how the pants fit on the guy in the video, exactly like they fit on me. They look nothing like the product listing photos in the video.

I don’t know how these are dyed, but they absolutely destroyed an entire load of wash. Everything has a rust-colored stain. These were the only new item in the wash, run on cold with standard laundry soap. Beware.

The pants faded noticeably at the edges on first wash, making them look old and tattered, like some old work pants.

These pants are well constructed and the fabric is of high quality. The amount of stretch is perfect and they are very comfortable. I wore these pants sitting inside working at the computer and then later out working in the garden - they were well suited to both. I Intend to buy another pair and explore more of these Amazon Aware products. These pants are a real bargain for the price, plus they feature organic cotton and are certified carbon neutral.

These are advertised as straight leg pants, but they are tapered.  If I had tried these on in a store, I probably would not have bought them because they taper and cling to my calves.  I am not a big guy, an agerage build, my calves are not unusually large or muscular, yet these are slim cut and cling to my calves. As I wore them around the house, they did stretch a bit and they became more comfortable and less clingy.  They are lightweight, and will be a perfect pair to wear in the summer.  I was pleased to see these are made from organic cotton. This was an extra plus I did not expect at this price point! I have the tan color. They are neutral and go with everything, but are also close to my skin tone and have caused some double takes! Full metal YKK zipper and button tab closure show these are well made and sturdy pants. I cold water washed and line dried. You can see in my photo how they turned out. I should probably iron them, and if I plan to wear to work I will, but I think they are OK as is for casual around the town running errands. Made in Bangladesh from 98% organic cotton, 2% Elastane, the sizing is accurate even though the straight leg description is not, I am a 32x32 and these fit my waist and my length. Bottom line, nice pant, but slim on the leg.

Die Hose sitzt und ist gut verarbeitet.Organic Cotton also Bio Baumwolle finde ich wichtig.Auch gut,dass das Label von Amazon auf Umwelt und Arbeitsstandards aufbaut.In wie weit diese auch tatsächlich eingehalten werden und auch ausreichen,ist mir derzeit nicht bekannt.Die Farbe geht mehr in Richtung Terrakotta Karamell und ist etwas dezenter als abgebildet.Sitzt gut und bequem.Sehr gut finde ich den Reisverschluss in der hinteren Hintertasche rechts.Da ist eine Gesäßtasche in der Gesäßtasche mit Diebstahl Schutz in Form eines Reisverschlusses.Echt Genial und Praktisch.Beim Fahrradfahren fällt einem nicht so leicht das Port Money aus der Tasche.
