best useful product if you're on break from gym and got no time to go to gym

Rubber quality is good but not feeling like 10kg resistance. If you pull for 10kg, it feels like handle-tube joint might break. So my suggestion is if you want 10kg resistance, go for higher resistance than what you actually need.
