The frame is very good. No sagging...we may have to replace the net, but are very satisfied overall with the product.

Stakes-yes comes with. Have not bought a replacement net yet but a full size net should work and they are available.

We used a long cording to thread the net to the pile. Then we used zip ties every 1 ft to secure. Snip off the extra ends of zip tie
