The scissors are 6.5" overall length. Perfect size. Extremely easy to cut your hair with . The weight of the scissors seemed pretty good. This set comes with everything but a cape. You can purchase one on Amazon if you want, but it comes with a comb, 2 clips, scissor oil, and both sets of shears. Also it comes in a black case that if you can get everything in there, it folds in half and zips up. I am really impressed for the $10 or $12 that it cost me.
