An excellent book, it covered all relevant topics, these were well explained and with enough detail to undertake the installation works.Colour images would be preferred in the document rather than being referenced to links where the colour versions were available.

Clear, ideal for a novice

Finally a solar book that is user friendly. All the others I have read have been just book knowledge which has not helped in my setup. This book actually walks me through step by step….on how to use a multimeter or how to combine different solar panel types. This is a great resource for me. Thank you Debasish Dutta.

This is a great book to not only learn how to build your own off grid solar solution but really good coverage of basic electronics. The book covers the basic principles of electronics and solar energy technology and gradually builds on what it teaches until you learn how to build an off grid system. It’s well written with good illustrations.

The book itself comes in a simple language and is filled with images for ease in understanding. The topics such as Voltage and current are explained with the help of "Water" as an example. I recommend this book as it starts with the basic knowledge in electronics to master's level of solar panel manufacturing and installation.A plus point of this book, is that it descripts the important tools required in electronics that every maker or engineer should have in his/her lab.I have attached the images of the content page of this book to help buyers know the book.Further, I thank the author of this book to make such resources available to the community.

I read the boo in a few days. Still to take the plunge but this book is useful as reference.
