I’ve been incorporating this leg stretcher strap into my regular stretching routine, and it has been very helpful for improving flexibility. The material feels sturdy and well made, and the multiple loops make it easy to control the depth of each stretch. I like that I can use it for hamstrings, hips, and overall lower body mobility without needing bulky equipment. It’s lightweight, easy to store, and beginner friendly. Great addition to any at-home fitness or recovery routine.

I bought this leg stretcher strap for my daughter’s gymnastics workouts and it worked great! It’s easy to use, well-made, and really helps her improve her flexibility. She loves it and I’ve already noticed her stretching deeper and more comfortably. Highly recommend for gymnasts, dancers, or anyone wanting to increase flexibility.

States can load up to 330lbs. I'm less than half that weight and the stitching seemed sketchy. I didn't go full force into my back bend because I didn't trust it could support me. As I started to lean back I could hear the fabric permanently stretching and the seams ripping. The door strap part is very sturdy and held well, but the actual band itself is absolutely terrible. It might work for a small child's weight or a very petite teenager, but wouldn't trust it to support anything over 100 lbs...possibly less. They didn't even want the product back when I was gonna do a return/ refund; that to me is sketchy.

Wish I could give it a higher review but the fabric hammock material is crap. It isn’t conducive to any kind of weight. It has no supportive quality. It makes the entire design a waste. Cheap and not designed for this product.

My daughter loves it and works well with door frames. Seems pretty durable even I was able to use without worrying about breakage. It doesn’t stretch but there’s enough fabric to use and you can adjust for height.
