**Q: Should I keep this on 24/7? I cant really find a definitive answer.**
A: Sure you can. Ive have mine for little over half a year and i've left mine on 24/7, only turning it off for water changes at things like that. These are made to run a very long time continuously. Hope this helps!

**Q: What exactly does the check valve do? And, is it strong enough to push air through a 12 light changing air filter?**

A: The unit does vibrate but it has feet to keep it from being loud. It's about the size of the palm of your hand. I have mine sitting on top of my filter and it fits perfectly.

**Q: Can you adjust the air flow. I feel its too strong for my mini bow 5 gal tank with single betta?**
A: No air flow adjustment,  but the stone is small.

The pump is really quiet but the actual air stone is wheee the noise comes from , with a little bit of playing with the valve we’ve got a good air supply and not too much noise
