This code liver oil has been beneficial to me.
I was worried about what this would taste like, but it's not bad at all. Had a light lemony taste, and no after taste. Since I have been taking this, I haven't had the problem of cold hands and feet when I go to bed at nite, and any swelling of my feet that I might have, it goes down at nite, so this has been very helpful to me. I will be buying more of this.
