The bulb was broken when it arrived. Had to go through a scentsy rep to get a new one.

Great warmer but way to expensive!
Love this warmer! My son bought this warmer for me for Mother’s Day and it got broke so I bought this to replace it. Hated to spend $60 on it, but it was important to me to have it replaced.

Greatbwarmer, better deals at the Scentsy site.
Have the exact one .. I bought right before I became a consultant with Scentsy Wich now I don't work for them have my own Primitives buisness, any way I only paid $35 on Scentsy site, just to let ya know this price is a lil steap. Great warmer though when lights are off it looks like fire flies on your walls.
