I have quite a few issues with my lower back and always just used a regular back brace because I did not know this existed. The regular back brace never really gave me relief because it wasn’t in the right place. I can wear this brace without it being very noticeable because it’s thin and most of it fits over my pants but under my shirt. I do heavy lifting all day at work and after the first day I could already tell a huge difference. It’s comfortable and the Velcro holds. It seems like good quality although I haven’t had it too long. I completely recommend this product if you have pain in your very lowest part of your back near your tailbone.

Ordered this and a couple of other back support ones and this one fitted my wife perfectly. She is 5 feet and small in size and this fits nicely. She likes that it is around her hips, not high up on her stomach like some back braces/supports. She was recently diagnosed with a mile degenerative disc disease on her L4 and L5 and has been in pain before it was confirmed (via doc and xrays). This really helps support her lower back, she said. It also doesn't slide or move easily and stays put. The material is solid and well made (great quality). She is happy with the purchase and better yet, she feels better, very supported with it, and that's what matters: happy wife is a happy life :)

Aunque está indicado para mujeres, en mi caso lo compré porque tiene un perfil muy estrecho de altura y no invadía tanto mi cuerpo, lo puedes poner dentro de la ropa. Unicamente piensa en tu talla y te servirá. La sujeción de la espalda y el alivio del dolor es inmediato, lo prefiero a las fajas lumbares que son más altas. Tiene un cierre de velcro, es flexible y ajustable. También tiene unas varillas que impiden que se deforme y no se doble cuando la llevamos puesta. Tampoco se mueve durante el día ni se va desplazando, lo que es un plus en la comodidad no tener que reajustarla cuando llevamos con ella más de una hora. Es importante fijarse en ponerlo en la posición correcta y no al revés.
