The collar length is adjustable, even to small dog sizes. I've got an 8kg Westie. Several beeps so you can see which one gets your dog's attention. I just beep and my dog comes running in from my garden. Fabulous. Several vibration levels but I've found the noises are more effective to break my dog's terrier focus. Very easy to use. Battery seems to last really well. Charges quickly. The device does, at first, appear a bit bulky but my dog (only 8kg) doesn't appear to even notice it when it's on. Very happy with this purchase.

It worked really well until the remote stopped working after 3 days - it's just froze and therebis nonway to reset it. Can't find anyway to contact seller for support or help. Don't waste your money!

When I bought this product in January 2024 I was very impressed, my dog started behaving and coming back when called (which is the reason I bought it as she is definitely on the spectrum ;-) ). Last week (31st May 2024) she was taken for a walk and the collar put on her to make sure she listened, but something distracted her and the remote control didn't connect to the collar. I assumed that the battery had gone flat and charged both the collar and remote control. The collar has charged and is working but the remote control either will not charge (have tried multiple cables) or will not turn on. I am confused as to why this would happen, it hasn't got wet and has been allowed to get low on the battery levels before recharging to sustain the battery life. I can't see a way of getting into the remote to check connections and have tried pressing multiple buttons to try and get it to reset, nothing working. Don't know if anyone else has had this problem or can suggest a fix?

I was very sceptical about this product. My dog barks and barks so I researched aids and this came up. It is so easy to use and set up and worked almost instantly and my dog is no longer a barker! I didn't need the vibrating button, just the sound stopped her. All my friends have noticed a difference. It is so good I have already recommended it to 2 others. Very happy customer

The collar does what it should, however it depends on the dog of it'll work or not. Personally for my dog it worked for around 2 weeks then he just ignored the buzz or the sound. I can see it working but it won't work for every dog.

The product seemed good and worked quite well, however, the remote has stopped working and won't charge - it has only been charged once previously.

I have a French bulldog with adhd and no matter what I did he just does not listen, I purchased this collar and never expected it to make a difference but it truly has, the vibration has no effect on him but the noise does it literally stops him in his tracks, one week of using this and there is a big change in him. It’s stylish high quality, battery lasts a long time Iv had for over a month now and still not had to charge it, I would reccomend this product

didn’t work for my dog, not sure how a ringing alarm and a mild vibration collar was meant to be effective. My Dog just ingored them. device has to be re-charged every 24hrs. Product was misleading. might as well have attached a mobile phone to my dog collar
