Great journal !
I love journaling! I get a little crazy with the stickers and kinda also binged I’m buying stickers too. Honestly it’s a really helpful journal to keep you on track towards your goals. It doesn’t hurt to customize it and make it your own as well haha. I really like this journal and I’ve been trying my best to stay consistent with writing in it. It’s really nice to read back on some of the things you’ve written down. Helps you stay accountable and motivated in my opinion. Overall great journal.

feels like a book
This exercise journal has the look and feel of a book, both on the outside and inside. The paper quality is good. It covers 100 days and gives a page for fitness and diet for each day. My only negative is that there are some translation gaps, "email" is "emall" and "warm-up" is "wake-up." If you use exercise journals and want to try something that is a little different, I would give this a try. I have been using it for several days and really like it.

Big Help!
Used for tracking food and activity. Very easy to use. Includes space to break down food, calories, fat, carbs etc for each food. Also a space to break down all exercises, reps, weight, etc.

Great, customizable journal
This is a great journal! The cover is a nice leathery material. Binding is well done. The pages for tracking nutrition and fitness provide the basics and leave room for customization and personal notes. It also includes a chart of common foods and their macros and calories which is handy. However, the charts all spell calories wrong- “Calorles.” I bought this to keep track of sets and weight at the gym, but the nutrition pages have proven much more useful than I thought!

Good content but not worth the $20 for me
First off, there are typos and grammar errors. Not sure who proof read this, but they need to do a better job.Second, there are only 50 days (pages), not 100 days as stated. Yes, there is a place to track on the front and back, but one side of the page is food, the next your workout (ie. one page is one day). The concept is great. I do like the layout, it's just not worth it for me. I will keep it and use it, but I won't be buying it again.

Sweet!
I love this workout journal, I love that it has ample space to include food entrries, space for my workout routines. And I love that I can include a before and after pic.

Nice home gym equipment
I bought it for my husband. I hope he can be more healthy and fit through using it at home. I think it is a nice home gym equipment. Recently, my husband uses it every day, and he feels his arms and shoulders get stronger. I hope through everyday persistence exercise, he will get well-toned arms and sexy shoulders.
