The natural version of Tammy Flu Quality: None broken, I like it as tea, let it steep with elderberries and goji berries awhile in boiling water till it’s warm not quite cool. 1 star Anise, five goji berries 10 elderberries. I use about 3 Star Anise. Taste: I love the taste. Star Anise has its own unique sweetness, the berries complement the star Anise and the aroma of all of them hangs in the air a bit. This is one very healthy drink for cold and flu season. Do research, talk to doctors, because I am not one. I use it, I drink it. Google them all.🤓
