Tired of Living at Roach Motel?
I live in an apartment where pest control is up to the tenants (thanks ND for no tenant support!) we hadn’t had roaches for three years until neighbors moved into our building and brought them with. Because our wonderful landlords don’t do pest control and refuse to, I turned to the interwebs to help. I needed something pet safe and people safe; I have two sweet kitties that I didn’t want poisoned. I found this after searching all over the internet, and put it to the test. Yes you need to reapply it every week but it is effective and it killed a large German cockroach that tried to snack on kitty food, not on mama’s watch. Killed on contact and drowning in its guts. I dispatched the little b4$t4rd effectively and quickly. Now the hunt is afoot to banish them completely! Also the rosemary smell is quite strong but it is not unpleasant and doesn’t create fumes with bleach. Use in your own battle in these tiny fiends with keeping up your cleaning and safe food storage, you will win. May the odds ever be in your favor!

It works!
It seems to work to keep spiders and fleas and flies away in the home. The Rosemary scent is pleasant and not too strong. I'm not sure how long it will last , since it's only been a week since I sprayed everywhere in the house.

Safe, effective method
I've been using Wondercide for years. I wasn't going to write a review but last time I purchased this I saw other people's comments and wanted to address a different perspective. Some people were unhappy with the effectiveness of this product. I do have to say, as someone who as used the product for years, it is a product you must use continuously during flea season. Every few days, you spray whatever areas that tend to be a problem. I love it because it is natural and therefore safe to use continuously. To me, that makes sense. This product is a natural, animal and human safe product. It's not a chemical product like flea bombs where no one can be around for.Because it is not a chemical product, it may not be as effective and kill every flea and any living thing that exists in your home, but it is pretty effective if you keep spraying it regularly. So no... maybe it's not as effective as a chemical agent - but that makes sense! If you want to use a non-toxic product, that is a trade-off... and I think it's a good tradeoff!Plus, I don't feel like the chemical stuff is really even that effective. So having something that is non-toxic to animals and humans that you can keep using, smells decent, and not that expensive... sounds awesome to me!So I just wanted to put this perspective out there.

terrible, irritating odor
From Wondercide SELLER on December 4, 2017: "It provides a by-contact kill, so be sure to spray eggs, larvae and adults directly to eradicate the population."If your pet only has the occasional flea, the Wondercide (TM) products seem rather pointless. If you can see the fleas to spray them directly, why not just use a flea comb to remove them? This would spare your pets and your nose from the awful odor of these products. I give my dogs the non-toxic medicine luenuron to prevent the occasional flea from turning into a family of fleas. I was thinking I'd apply Wondercide (TM) to the dogs' back when I suspect a flea was present. I was hoping I'd not have to flea comb any more. So much for my dreams about having more free time and putting away the flea comb. I couldn't believe how strong the odor was with my first light use on the counter. I had to immedialy wipe the area down and ventilate the area because my cat was making strange gurgling noises. She was clearly bothered by the odor and I couldn't take it either. It was really harsh. Someone said it smells like cigarette smoke, and that isn't far off. There is something very unfresh smelling about it which I didn't expect from cedar oil (with rosemary or peppermint). I like the light cedar fragrance of a cedar-lined closet, but this product is nothing like that. After wiping and airing out the area, I closed up the window and went for a walk. When I got back, it was much less, but still unpleasant. I am really sad about this. I wanted to like the product. Sorrry, Wondercide. I don't want to be mean, but I am really unsure how you got so many positive reviews when the product is so stinky.

It works!
I like rosemary scent. If you spray around the house you will find dead roaches several days later. Flies will die upon contact and you will find some dead ones later too. Today, I was taking my garbage bins upfront for p.u. tomorrow and when I held the handles i was attacked by thousands of ants on my hands. I rushed in the house, came back and sprayed the binhandles and killed them immediately. The ticks and fleas spray works well too. I spray it on a papertowel and gently rub my cats against the fur. It also works. But no...they don't like the scents. All in all, I prefer not to feel guilty when I apply anything either on my cats or off that I know is plant based rather than chemicals. I don't worry so much when I spray around my house or rub on their coats for fleas. I no longer use flea chemicals as I always felt guilty when I did in the past. So...I'm not so stressed when I use Wondercide.
