I don't see how people are giving this D-RING helmet strap lock extension one star. This D-RING helmet strap lock extension works excellent for my HELMET WITH A D-RING strap. I don't know what other kind of strap this D-RING helmet strap lock extension would work for seeing as the item title says it is for helmet straps with D-RINGs. I don't see how you can get mixed up being this for anything but a helmet with D-RINGS. It slides right through the D-RINGS on my helmet with D-RINGs and allows me to use my helmet lock.If you are looking for D-RING helmet strap lock extensions, then this is the D-RING helmet strap lock extension for you. You cannot go wrong with this D-RING helmet strap lock extension. Five stars.

They work on my Icon modular helmet... but i neened my pops' help to get them grinded down inorder to actually fit through. I keep one in my jacket, and another in my tank bag.

The design of this item will only work if your helmet is the type that fastens using d-rings.

This only gets a 1 star rating. I mean is it to much to ask that it actually fits through a quick disconnect buckle. I have a brand new Sena Outrush R helmet and the buckle opening measures 19.3mm. The helmet lock extention measures 20.75mm. So unless you have a grinder to trim it down it clearly will not fit. I would grind it down to at least 19mm. there is no reason to have it any tighter.

Works good. Good quality. They are just ugly.

these work well if you use them as intended. the are for helmets with D-ring straps. i put a standard master lock cable through it with my jacket
