Based on those metrics, he fell squarely into the Small category. However, upon arrival, the stockings are significantly shorter and tighter than expected, making them unusable.While I understand the hygiene reasons behind a non-refundable policy for medical garments, there are two major issues the brand should address:Size Chart Accuracy: The current chart does not seem to account for the actual length or the different anatomical proportions between men and women. I strongly recommend providing separate size charts for men and women to ensure a better fit for future customers.Exchange Policy: When a customer follows the brand's specific sizing instructions and the product still doesn't fit, a rigid "no-return" policy is very discouraging.
