Q: Can this be used outdoors? Is it weather resistant? Seen people saying it snapped for outdoors

We've had it outside the entire time since delivery, but I can't in good faith tell you how long it will remain in good condition given that it hasn't seen a single minute of human use (it's for one of our pets, and it has seen a LOT of climbing; she tried chewing on it when she was still under a year old but gave up as she couldn't get her mouth around it).

The length of the rope including the loop is 11 feet.

Q: Would this work good for pulling weights ?

Yes. No different the using it for climbing. I’m 200lbs and I’m sure it can hold 500 no problem.
