great quality fork to use to hold chicken oven roaster , a turkey or beef roast as you carve . great to pick up whole pieces of boiled chicken out of hot boiling pot when finished cooking .

Nice grip, kinda flimsy fork.
I love the grip. The fork is pretty light weight. I don't see it holding op to the ribs, pork butts and briskets I'd be using it for.
