After the cat kicked a cup of coffee over the tv remote controls I hoped this would clean them and stop them from sticking which it has perfectly - great product .

Not the same
It’s not the same as the maplins cleaner that it says it is. Leaves a residue behind which isn’t needed when you are trying to clean the part in question.

This is the "WD 40" of electrical equipment. Just a little (!) on an old torch battery connector or a scratchy volume switch of a radio will sort it out.
