Order unit and 1st time work fine. Tried to refill the tank with the pump and it will not hold air. The company will not let me return it. I would never buy anything from this company. Poor customer service no warranty and no return policy regardless of issue....

I have yet to have a chance to test this in open water. So hopefully I'll be able to add to my review later. But testing it in a small pool, it worked great. At first I had some issues with too much resistance breathing from the snorkel tubes (which also meant it pulled air from the scuba tank when when I was floating on the surface). But I contacted the company and they responded quickly and worked with me to resolve the issue. Great customer service. Filling the .5L tank with the hand pump is a real workout ... It took quite a while with several breaks. Not sure I'm ready to invest in the electric pump. But I plan to take the tank to a scuba shop to fill and just use the hand pump as a backup. Can't wait to use it snorkeling in the ocean.
