Great Buy!
We love this training log by Discipline > Motivation. My teen athlete uses it to track her workouts, conditioning and progress. We share the details with her coaches and they customize her regime based on the tracked process. The binder is made well with good materials and the pages are thick and durable. Its way better than some of the other products that have cheap materials and fall apart. Overall a great buy!
