For the price this is a real great mic! I decided to give my AKG a break after 5+ years and try this because I had a guy record me on a $30 mic and it sounded amazing lol and with the right plugins I made this sound equivalent to a $300 mic. I wish I would’ve tried it sooner. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately it stopped functioning within 1 month of using. Just recorded a few videos and it is not working anymore. So sad

I received the microphone, set up the arm and then I hooked up the microphone. Either the cable or the connection in the microphone jack were faulty. It was quickly taken care of by customer service via chat and a new one sent out. The box was in great shape and the foam packing is very protective. A box within a box also. I receive that tomorrow and hopefully it was just a defective item not bad quality and I'll be happy with the new one. Before ordering this you should know that you do have to have a computer interface that has a 48v button like the Focusrite and you should have the wire fully connected before supplying power to the microphone. Also, no assembly instructions to set up the arm, etc. I had to rely on the item description pictures. Make sure the surface you are connecting the arm to is completely flat. I may upgrade my review once the new item is received. I may not based on no instructions to set up the arm and mic cradle. Sound quality was good when it worked. Let's see... I'm back and the second one was like night and day. Way better. For the price it's a great microphone.
