Can I mix this with water?

I been using this for years and I add a banana with ice and NO milk. Sometimes I add 95% dark chocolate which is proven to be healthy. I run it in the blender and it comes out thick and tastes good. It's all preference. Add fruit to give it a good mix of taste and consistency if you prefer.

I travel in an rv. How does that work??

Get a blender cup you can use on road. Does keep me full for 4 hours.

I'm confused. I'm looking for the Creamy Milk Chocolate 321 plan Slim Fast Shake. The item description here doesn't match the pic. Is the product pic true to what the actual item will be received? My current item I have isn't all red but red/yellowish with 321 on the front. Thanks Has the packaging or product changed …

I ordered STRAWBERRY SUPREME (it has the circled 3, 2, 1 on the can. I can't be certain of the CREAMY MILK CHOCOLATE, cause I didn't order that flavor. But if item descript is for that flavor - it will probably be (321) what you want. Hope it's the right one and good luck!

item for child my soon ?
