Nice product! Works great for my plants and for my isopods. It absorbed the water pretty fast so I didnt have to wait long to be able to use it.

This thing feels like an infinite amount of moss. It absorbs and holds moisture really well, and looks great!

I accidentally ordered the 4QT thinking it wouldn’t be as small as it was. I was kind of disappointed because I figured I’d need more than what I got. But it ended up being plenty and more! It really expanded and went a long way! I have more plants I’m wanting to create moss poles for, so I will be purchasing more!! I read there was sticks and such in it which mine had, but I’m not sure why it would be an issue. It didn’t take away from the product and its intended purpose. I highly suggest buying this. I purchased some moss from Wally World in the floral crafts and it’s not near as good as this stuff.

I use them in my plants I This is a good product The complaint I had is that there was some debris in it. The water retention is ok. My plants have done good on them.

I forgot that the description said it was dried so was so surprised to find what it looked like when it got here but I broke off a piece and hydrated it and I think it has a wonderful aroma if you call it that, very earthy,and not strong at all. I am using it on an experiment to grow an orchid on cork bark which I also bought from Amazon.

I did not like this moss. I purchased it about a year ago and It did the thing I needed it to do which was house a Venus flytrap. Mixed with a little perlite, it did wonders for my girl. Then I took her out and put her into dormancy. I put the rest of the moss into an empty reptile tank and started a propagation bin. All fine great things. However, I quickly started to notice that there were living organisms in the moss. Don’t know what they were cause they were tiny and they didn’t really seem to affect the plants living in the bin, but everytime I pulled something out, it had little creepy crawlers on it. I recently brought Venus out of dormancy and put her back into the moss mix, but the moss looks bad now, so I’ve ordered some more from Besgrow. I also sprayed the prop bin with a homemade pest spray to see if that helps. It’s has good moisture retention (maybe a little too good) and the quantity was decent for what I wanted. Plant growth was stable. Oh and it also smelled like cooked greens.

Came in a little rectangle package very compact and it had a lot of sphagnum moss. It helps with moisture retention with my plants.

Ich verwende es nicht nur als Ergänzung für meinen Mossstab, sondern auch, um den Feuchtigkeitsbedarf meiner Pflanzen zu decken. Meine Monstera wächst nun kräftiger und sieht gesünder aus. Es hat sich sehr positiv auf die Pflanzenentwicklung ausgewirkt. Das Moos ist einfach zu handhaben und lässt sich problemlos in den Topf integrieren. Die Menge ist ebenfalls großzügig, sodass ich auch noch für weitere Pflanzen genug übrig habe. Ich kann dieses Sphagnum Moos jedem empfehlen, der seinen Monstera-Pflanzen oder anderen tropischen Pflanzen etwas Gutes tun möchte.

Absolutely love this. I'm new to propergating & this has been absolutely fantastic for my prop boxes & more recently, creating moss poles. It's so convenient. Just tear off a chunk, pop it in warm water to rehydrate, wring it out, fluff it back up & voila! The block takes up a very small space in storage & is weirdly satisfying to rip bits off! My climbing plants have anchored into it beautifully & my wet sticks are rooting & starting to grow their 1st leaves (super exciting!!!!) I even use the water i soaked it in on my vegetable plants and they're thriving with the additional minerals. My 2nd 1kg pack arrived a few days ago & I will definitely buy more when needed. I find it holds on to moisture very well, although if it's going in a fully open pole, you will need to water it more often.

Ich benutze dieses Sphagnum-Moos schon eine ganze Weile und bin wirklich begeistert davon. Es war damals das erste Moos, das ich bestellt habe, und seitdem greife ich immer wieder darauf zurück. Die Qualität ist durchgehend sehr gut – das Material ist sauber, gleichmäßig und ohne unangenehmen Geruch. Es schimmelt nicht, auch nicht nach längerer Nutzung oder höherer Luftfeuchtigkeit, was bei anderen Produkten leider oft vorkommt. Besonders beeindruckend ist die enorme Saugkraft: Das Moos nimmt unglaublich viel Wasser auf und gibt die Feuchtigkeit langsam wieder ab. Für meine Pflanzen ist das perfekt, weil sie dadurch dauerhaft gleichmäßig versorgt sind, ohne dass Staunässe entsteht. Ich nutze es hauptsächlich für tropische Pflanzen und Stecklinge, aber auch in anderen Bereichen funktioniert es einwandfrei. Die Lieferung kam jedes Mal schnell und ordentlich verpackt an. Preislich ist es absolut fair – für die Qualität sogar eher günstig. Ich habe vorher auch Moos aus dem Baumarkt ausprobiert, aber das war weder so sauber noch so langlebig wie dieses hier. Insgesamt kann ich das Produkt nur empfehlen. Wer Wert auf zuverlässige Qualität legt und seinen Pflanzen etwas Gutes tun möchte, macht mit diesem Moos definitiv nichts falsch.

Avec un petit morceau, j'en ai fait plus d'un litre pour fabriquer un tuteur. Odeur normale et pas chimique. Sans doute de moins bonne qualité qu'en jardinerie, mais 3 fois moins cher et beaucoup moins encombrant ! Quelques petits débris mais ce n'est pas gênant. Elle gonfle bien, ensuite ne pas hésiter à bien l'essorer car elle retient beaucoup d'eau. Génial, je n'achèterai plus que celle-ci.
