They taste amazing are super fresh and they are the perfect serving size. You really just need a handful for daily health benefits. These are sweet enough where they kind of satisfy your craving if you’re wanting something sweet but now that your side, the single serving pack means you’re not gonna overheat because as we know cashews Are high and fat, but they are also very nutritious. I bought this package because they had bags with individual portions which make it easier to add to a diet plan. I also watch salt content as it is not good for your health. The product tastes fresh, lightly salted and good quality. I just need to stop eating so many packages!

Great snack but the bags are really small. I wish they would have a larger box. It's rather expensive for what you get but I buy these for travel. The flavor is good and it's always fresh.
