I was super surprised when I got this file as most of the time you get these and when you put any pressure on them, they just stop spinning but this one is super powerful so if you’re looking for something that stops when you put any pressure on it, this is not the one for you. It seems to be made a very durable materials. It’s very easy to use. It is corded it plugs into a USB port so you don’t have to worry about battery life and I would say it’s very suitable for beginners. It’s very simple and easy to use. This one is awesome, and I cannot believe the price 100% recommended.

I love this thing for toenails. I don't risk cutting myself and no risk of cracking a nail. I have never had any bleeding from accidentally hitting some skin. It is very safe, but also powerful. It comes with 31 abrasive bands, so I put on a new one every few months. Yes, it needs to be plugged into USB. Just about everyone has a USB adapter already. I am glad it has no battery because you would have no way to replace it, so you would own a brick in a few years.
