Great quality parchment paper! As to reviews whining about the logo on the paper... Buy something else!!! OMG! Get a life! This excellent paper comes with no metal cutting edge. No problemo! It comes in the box unrolling from the top/back. Flip the roll around so it is unrolling from the bottom/front. This gives you a great acute angle to get a smooth tear along the reinforced cardboard edge. I have bought/used this brand before. It's a great parchment, just need to rearrange it in the box for easy tearing. All paper product so, easy recycling.

I use quite a lot of parchment paper in my home bakery and purchased this brand because it was well-rated and more economical than the brand I was buying at the supermarket. After I opened the package, I took one of the optional slide cutters that came with my heavy duty plastic wrap and put it on the parchment paper box. It works beautifully. No jagged edges or torn up paper from trying to tear it along the cardboard edge. I did need to cut it a bit shorter and put a piece of tape on the edge to replace the piece that stops the slider from coming off.

This is the best parchment paper I've ever used. It is incredibly strong, water resistant, and it's the only paper I've used so far that doesn't rip half my cookie off when I try to remove it. I love baking and when I use other brands, they always end up sticking to my baked goods, and when I try to take it off it ends up tearing! Definitely not good. At least when I use this brand, I know for a fact that money won't be going to waste. I really love using this paper, and now that I can get it on Amazon, I'm also saving myself a trip to the store! Five stars all the way!

Quality parchment paper and a solid value considering the sheer square footage you get. I mostly use it for baking and have no problems with sticking. My only critique (hence the deduction of one star) is that the paper is printed all over with a sizeable logo and brand name, which wasn’t in the description. This in no way affects the product performance but it looks a little cheap in terms of photos and presentation.

This product works as well as expected... had I not tried pre-cut sheets. The parchment cuts are uneven and require trimming most times.Had I not used pre-cut parchment I would have given this 5 stars.Guess what, I pre-cut 1 roll and let it flatten out between baking sheets and now I have flat parchment.I guess you need to be smarter than the tool; Oh crumbs...Cheers,

The parchment itself is good, it browns my cookies just right. The box isn't very user friendly, there's no metal strip so you have to use the cardboard itself to cut the paper...if you don't know how to use your hands it may be difficult. Also, since the package is so big, even if you aren't clumsy it'll still break down before you're done with it.After my box started to break down, I would hold one end and press it against my stomach, the other end pressed with a hand (so it sticks out in front of you) and hold the box in place firmly while ripping a piece off. It's still box shaped enough for storage without me worrying about it being loose in my drawer. I supposed I like that the entire box is recyclable as is, and if I did this trick to rip the paper it probably would still be a whole box)Oh, it also doesn't fit in my drawer I put all the other wraps in, it's too tall, so it had to go in my taller drawer with my stand mixer whisks etc..so it gets more beat up in there than it would in the other..

I like this parchment paper better than any others that I've used. It feels thinner but it's seems tougher to tear. Which leads me to the only thing I don't like about it, which is it's hard to tear off and many times it doesn't tear evenly. That's because they don't have a cutter on it it's just the edge that you use to cut the paper. It's not that bad and I guess it's better than cutting yourself on that blade. I do recommend it.

I had never used this brand before and never one that wasn’t white in color but it’s great! This one is a light tan color. More natural I guess than a bleached paper. It works for everything I’ve used it for like baking things in the oven for easier clean up and also to roll out my biscuits so I don’t have to scrape up dough off the counter top. There’s no metal strip to cut it but instead has a very sturdy edge that works as well as the metal. Less hazard for me! I just crease it over the edge & it tears nicely. There seems to be less “curl” to it than other brands I’ve used before, too. I will definitely buy this again when I run low. That might be a while, since it’s a huge roll! 😊It also works great as a pattern paper for quilters. That was my first introduction to parchment paper, since my Mom never used it. Now I seem to use it almost daily for something.

The packaging and quality of paper makes it easy to tear for quick use. It works well for everyday use.
