I do not like earbuds in my ears. They are ALWAYS uncomfortable and start to hurt and/or fall out after a while. Until now. These Snugplugs are SO comfortable. They stay in and don't hurt at all. And the sound! Big smooth bass, nice mids, and treble. I bought these for motorcycle trips and, even with a half helmet and no windscreen, I don't even need to turn up the sound to max. Yesterday I realized there are also perfect on an airplane - they put me in my own little world. Pairing is easy and flawless. Highly recommend.

I can confirm that they provide some noise reduction (modest) and fit under a helmet (and stay in place). Also, When I ordered them, I couldn't find anywhere in the description or on their website about the provided charger. I can confirm that it is a micro-USB and that a cable is included. Like many other devices, you simply plug it into any charger with a USB outlet - very convenient. Otherwise it's an average set of earbuds - decent sound quality and battery life - but nothing noteworthy. I plan to sync it to my GPS unit when it arrives and ditch my Sena which is awkward and sounds like crap.

I bought these based on a few criteria to wear under my motorcycle helmet. One criteria was that they are touted as "noise cancelling". BOLDLY in the headline section of the product description. What does that mean in the audio world? That they have a circuit that cancels ambient noise. A circuit. Electronics. Premium stuff! At 80 bucks that as reasonable for this electronic feature.Well, they don't have a noise cancelling circuit. After wearing them for a day I was puzzled. Thought maybe the electronics were in one of the "buds" on the cord and it was under helmet. So wore them without the helmet with the same ambient noise apparent. Went back to the bottom of the ad on Amazon and there it was: "Snug bud so outside noise is cancelled". So the "noise cancelling" is because you have them stuck in your ears. BS!!!I could create a "noise cancelling carrot" if I stuck it in my ears. Totally bogus claim based on ACCEPTED terminology for a headphone feature.They work under the helmet to get Google Map directions so they have a benefit. But I HATE when a product says it is something it is not because the manufacturer knows you will assume that it is. So disappointed in the company that I am returning them.

I have used multiple types and brands of bluetooth headsets in the last 6 years. This is the first set that has proven to be as good as its description. I wear a headset constantly when awake. Between audiobooks, music and phone calls I usually have something playing. This headset has become my favorite. I have one I switch to when the battery needs to be charged, then I come right back to this one. I can wear it to the beach, dog park, doing yard work, housework, driving or exercising. Although I have not actually worn it IN the water, it has seen its share of sweat and dirt with no problems. I can actually lay down on my side with the headset in and it is small enough to be comfortable, like wearing an earplug. The sound quality is good, and when I am on a call there are no problems with either party hearing the other speak. On top of that, I can leave my phone on my desk at work, walk to the breakroom for a coffee refill and come back without any breakup or stuttering in the sound. The distance is about 30 feet total and this is the first headset I have had that has not had an issue going through the walls.Headsets always say they have a long battery life, this one actually does. ON a full charge it lasts about 7-12 hours, depending on how much I am using it that day. And it only take about 1.5 hours to get a full charge. I love this headset and when my spare set dies I will get another one of these so that I can alternate between them.Update one month later. I bought the headset in May and the right speaker did stop working in January. So it has lasted 8 months, which is almost twice as long as the other brand. Unfortunately, for $89, I would have expected it to last at least a year. Everything I said above is still true right up until the right speaker quit working.So, this is a couple weeks later. I went to the snug phones website and emailed them regarding the issue with the headset. They said that their warranty on the headsets is 6 months, but that they would send me a partial credit not committing to how much of a credit. I have already ordered another set because they are still the best I have used yet. I will let you know if the credit is worth it.

I use these snugphones to protect my hearing while I ride my motorcycle.They are easy to use, pair up quickly and function great in MOST areas (I'll elaborate later).One problem I have with them is that the ear plugs/buds are just too large. I'm currently using the smallest bud that is provided, and they are too large in diameter to fit well inside my ear canal. However, this really isn't a problem with the product. I have small ear canals and have had this problem with MANY other headphone/earplug products. Therefore I'm not removing a star for this.I do have to remove a star however for the spotty quality of the bluetooth connection. I'm using a nice smartphone that I have used to bluetooth connect to cars/speakers etc. and never have had a single connection issue.I either keep my phone in my motorcycle jacket pocket or my jeans pocket and I get a spotty connection. I find this very odd given the short distance to the headphones. Usually I can move my head or my leg and the audio will come back. I'm hoping that if I buy a handlebar phone mount that this issue will no longer happen.Overall I still think these are a great way to keep your hearing protected and listen to your favorite tunes at the same time.

I have tried many different earplug type headphones as I am a motorcyclist who loves my music.These ones fit under the helmet perfectly!They are so small and don’t protrude from my ear much at all.They seal well and even provide very good sound quality.The only issue I have, is that a few times if not positioned perfectly, I have had significant wind noise in my right ear...Obviously not an issue if you aren’t riding a motorcycle or if your ears don’t have this issue...I’d still recommend them.

Used them for a while now. Like everyone else said, best bluetooth headphones for under the helmet. Tuck them in tight for good bass. It's there!
