Been using daily for a month and my skin has been clear and happy.  Also my nails and eyelashes are growing like crazy.  This has the best combination of all the ingredient I want but no additional stuff that I don't need.  Will be ordering again!

My nails have been so thin, that I decided to hunt down a Biotin supplement to help.  I lucked out and found this one that also has Ashwagandha and indian gooseberry and got so excited!  I need to give it a bit more time to see the full effects, but so far so good!
