I 110%, recommend Zicam products. This nasal spray when coupled with the dissolving tabs minimize the length of my colds and other illnesses. It’s really work that relieve the blockage of running nose, but it only works a moment and will come back again. It’s quite intensive if use it more than 2 times. It can’t use more than 3 days
