Se caliente bastante rápido y mantiene el calor en un grado bueno, tengo pelo bastante largo y me sostiene muy bien y la goma se ajusta de forma perfecta para no dejar escapar calor pero sin ser tan apretada que moleste. No le doy las 5 estrellas porque para el secado después de su uso dura mucho escurriendo el agua ya que tiene tres forros y dura muchos días húmedo, lo que hago para su secado y que no se dañe por la humedad es ponerlo a escurrir hasta el otro día y luego le doy caliente com un calentador para que seque bien rápido pero siento que no resulta muy práctico. Fuera del tiempo de secado, me ha encantado. Si trae dos extras transparente no térmico como promete.

These work! I have long very thick curly hair and needed something to help me deep condition on wash days. I put a disposable cap on and then put this over that for about 20-30 minutes. It traps heat in so the moisture locks in and also works like a shower cap so I can do whatever else in the shower I need to. Super convenient. Definitely recommend these

This is just a regular cap, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel any noticeable heat from it. The heat feature didn’t seem to work as expected. Additionally, the elastic band around the edge is uncomfortable—it keeps slipping down onto my face, which is very annoying. Not very satisfied with this purchase.
