Although CEYLON cinnamon, which I understand is one of the healthiest, I have never used cinnamon sticks before, I was somewhat surprised to find only about 5 sticks for this price. This is probably very fair, but if you're using 2-3 stick with every "recipe" it is a little rich for people like me.

I will update this review after tasting the cinnamon. I gave it 3 star without tasting it yet as I don't want to rate it lower without a taste test, but I am disappointed in the size of the package. I was shocked at what I got for $7.00. Having been used to larger packages of cinnamon at the grocery store for $3.00, this package is so tiny. It is the length of a pen and shorter than a t.v. controller. It says it has 4 servings! Granted tarrifs are high now, and its Ceylon cinnamon not the other type, I am still feeling bad about spending $1.75 per stick. I plan to cut them in half at the least. Hoping I can find some cheaper locally at a healthfood store, in which case I could return this unopened since I am not so wealthy to spend $near $2.00 a stick on cinnamon. I may stick to trying Ceylon cinnamon supplements for good health going forward.
