SB SOX Arch Support Sleeves for Plantar Fasciitis Relief

I experience frequent pain in the joint between my 1st Metatarsal and Great Toe. It's a problem for me because hiking and walking are both my primary exercise and my greatest joy. I'd noticed that when I wear my best hiking boots, which provide a lot of support, the pain diminished substantially. But when I wear street shoes and walk on sidewalks, or less supportive hiking shoes on the trail, the pain became much worse. So I wasn't looking for padding, but compression. These supports work beautifully for me. Two weeks ago, before receiving these support sleeves, wading on the bouldery little stream I love to fish was excruciating. Yesterday, same stream, same boots, but wearing the sleeve, I experienced virtually no discomfort. I'm a size 14, and the XL works perfectly. Slips on, and while I'm aware of the compression, I can wear it for hours and it does not interfere at all with the normal fit of my shoes and boots.

I purchased these for my cousin she said it has defiantly helped with the support on her feet but even after a few days of wearing is still tight...Maybe a different size may due the trick

When I was told I should buy these for my plantar faciitis issues I laughed. This is not where my pain is, how will these help me? Well lo and behold, they did! I had no idea that wearing these around my feet would help my plantar issues. The only problem I have is after a while they do stretch out and they cut into the bottoms of my feet when the elastic is older. But they do last a while and they work when I wear them. I can tell a huge difference if I don't wear them. So, laugh like I did, then place your order. I think I ordered too big last time, but they still work. I wear a size 11 wide woman's shoe, and a Large works fine.

These are okay. I wouldn't give them a glaring review, as they are basically sweat bands that I put on my feet each day, before putting my socks on. Do they help with the plantar problem? Probably not. Stepping on a golf ball does a better job. Do they help alleviate the pain, again somewhat. I also have a cuboid bone out of place, and these do help some with that too. I couldn't find anything else that didn't cost a high price, and really just look like a sock. Stepping on a golf ball, rolling it under my foot, a few times a day, has probably helped more, but these make me feel like I'm doing something.

I really like the feel of these! The only problem I had is that my feet are actually two different sizes! So on one foot the 'sock' fits great and on the other it's slipping off. This isn't a defect of the item though, just my weird feet. I'll buy a second pair in a different size in a different colour and get it worked out. I have not personally worn these throughout my day, only at night after working. That said once I get another 'sock' in the correct size I'll give them a go during the daytime hours. The compression is nice and doesn't feel too tight, a problem I have with other arch support devices. I'm not sure if I would personally sleep with them on, but I don't sleep with anything on my feet so that's more of a personal preference. Customer service is great though so that makes up for my previous four star review

Too large around my feet

My son is age 12, size 13 wide shoe. Uses extra Large size sleeve, which provides some support but is not uncomfortably tight. He says they feel great on is feet and help throughout the day. These are a great alternative to his inserts for his soccer cleats, which we could not find in wide width and didnt have alot of room for them.

They did go on the person's feet, but after wearing them twice, he says they are just too tight and uncomfortable. Wish there was a larger size available. If his swelling goes down, these will work great.
