I looked at a few different G9 LED bulbs and this one appeared to be the highest quality construction bulb based on pictures alone. I have not seen the other bulbs in person but I can attest to the quality construction of these. These bulbs are plenty bright and I have had no issues with flickering, which was a common problem I read in other reviews of different bulbs.I ordered the 3000k based on other reviews that stated the 2700k was a little warmer in color then equivalent 2700k incadesant bulbs. I would say that without seeing the 2700k bulb that this is true since the 3000k bulbs I received appear a little warmer. This is not an issue as I was expecting the temperature to appear warmer so I order the next highest temperature bulb to get the appearance I wanted.The description stated that they are equivalent to a 60w halogen bulb on output. I would say they are a touch brighter than the 40w halogen bulbs they replaced.The price in comparison to other bulbs was a bit higher than other bulbs I looked at but is likely due to the higher qaulity construction.Given 4 stars based on the color appearing to be a little warmer than expected, the lumen output being lower than stated in the description and the price. All that said I will buy more of these to replace the halogen bulbs in the fixture in my dining room. I believe they are the best LED option for a G9 halogen replacement available.

Finally! I shopped around for a long time before finding these replacements for the 60w Xenon bulbs in my bathroom wall sconces. The original xenon bulbs burned very bright and hot and were too yellow. These are a softer, cooler, white light but still plenty bright for my space. The sconces each use two, so I have a total of four for my bathroom vanity. I had originally purchased much cheaper versions and the base would not fit correctly, even though they were supposed to be G9. The Lutron dimmer I bought recommended this brand as the only ones that will work with their dimmer without any flicker. They were right, even at the lowest dimmer setting there is no flicker. So glad I decided to spend a little extra; well worth it.

I used this as a replacement for a similar 4.5 watt LED bulb to give me a bit more brightness. The bulb was a little larger than the 4.5W version, but still worked well in the fixture.One thing I did not like....one bulb 'died' early, and when removing the bulb, the plastic sheath covering the LED matrix came off, leaving the remaining portion of the bulb in the fixture. I was able to remove the bulb from the fixture, but I would not expect the plastic exterior to detach as it did.

Bought these for two pendants controlled by Lutron Caseta dimmers, as recommended by Lutron customer service for G-9 120V bulbs. The no-name G-9 LED's that my lighting supplier provided years ago had bad flicker, didn't dim well on a "normal" dimmer and had really bad "ghosting" (wouldn't turn all the way off) when I recently installed the Lutron Caseta dimmer. Was apprehensive due to high cost of these, but they work as advertised and absolutely dim beautifully with the Caseta system. Flicker is gone. The 3000K seem a little whiter to my eye, probably closer to 4000K. Really bright. Time will tell how long they last, however as with any LED, I avoid running at 100% for longer life. Highly recommended.
