I have arthritis in both hands. The exercises using this product have considerably improved my grip strength, mobility of my hands and helped reduce the pain.Recommended.

I have one of these at work, but due to a lockdown, not ben able to pick it up hence ordered another one. The main item has a variator between 5 and 60kg which is a lot for a device of this size. It is not only great for grip strength build but also for the forearm muscles. The other devices within the bundle are mainly for the finger strength exercise, for example, rubber palm expander. At first, looks like a very easy exercise at a static pre-set but after a couple of sets, a quick realisation comes that there is no need for the further increase of resistance.

Very cheaply made doesn't reach a high strength

I love this! The ball looks like an avocado, it's surprisingly comfortable to squeeze and it does a perfect job. I haven't tried the rest of the products from the kit, but my partner said that he is pleased with all of them.The kit comes with a booklet of suggested exercises which are very clearly explained.

I've had better,but still a decent set for the price.

I'm sharing this with my Husband he's using the big resistance hand gripper and the finger exerciser, finger stretcher resistance band. I'm using the smaller hand gripper , Stress Relief Ball and ring. It came in a handy bag and arrived fast. It's a nice set, well made and worth the money.
