Portable just like I wanted!

I set everything up per instructions. I downloaded the app and made sure my Bluetooth was connected. All I keep getting is a flashing red light on the printer and a message saying the printer battery is low and to charge for at least 4 hours. I had it charging for over 24 hours and its still saying the battery is at 3% and it refuses to print anything as long as its at 3%. Don't waste your money on this junk!

This thermal printer is GREAT because it can accept a range of sizes of paper. I commonly use labelers around here and should one of them break, this printer could take over and I like that, I like options. There are tabs in there that you move to guide the paper to do different paper sizes. It is slightly wider than a M08F, that is because it uses rolled paper that it has a compartment for inside the printer. Isn't THAT nice. You can bring the printer and paper all in one package and not have to worry about protecting the paper from getting crumpled. It also can use the traditional paper on the OUTSIDE of the printer and fed through the printer- both ways work. Again, options and I love options. I have dearly loved my M08F's but I think these will replace them because of the options these bring. The app could use work. I don't know why they use the app they do when they have others that are so much more efficient and easy to use. I mean, you can make it work but it's just not as easy as say, the Printmaster app which they could have used but didn't. It works FINE with a PC/Laptop that runs windows. The bluetooth ONLY works with IOS/Android devices with the printer app- if you can't install and run the app on a device, you can't use bluetooth with that device. For a PC/Laptop you need to connect it with the (or any other working C to A type) cord. You need to download the drivers (I got mine on the phomemo website) and install them. Thereafter when you connect the printer via the cable to the PC/Laptop when the menu comes up to print, it will be in that drop down menu of printing devices to be selected. You just select it and go...that simple. It has a battery and charges up for use without having to plug it in for power while printing. I don't even know how long the battery lasts as I don't spend hours printing out things. It has stayed powered for everything that I have wanted to print. If you're going to take it out, you might want to charge it up the night before so it is ready. It holds the charge, turned off, for a good long while. I am a big fan and I just wish they would fix the app to be more user friendly, otherwise this is a stellar printer.

For basic printing (documents, notes, diagrams, shipping labels, and the like), this printer is working out fabulously for me. Of course as a thermal printer, it only prints black and white. And it’s not high definition print quality, but sufficient for the above purposes I mentioned. It’s so easy to use and space-saving too. After downloading the app, just turn the printer on (press and hold power button) and connect via Bluetooth for use with phone. For using with a computer, it comes with connecting cable and instructions. I’m using it with my iPhone 8. The printer measures just under 10.5” long, 3” wide, and barely 2” tall. It comes with a drawstring bag for it which also fits the charging cord and computer cable. So convenient for travel or storage. It comes with a roll of paper and you can use different sizes of paper by moving the tabs inside the printer and selecting the different size in the app. App is easy to use. It has some graphics to pick from, but I’m mostly printing documents and labels. You have to print from the app, so just select the document or label from your files and then print.

I knew the print quality wouldn’t be great for this type of printer so that’s no surprise. The problem is that it only prints out one type of document. I need email receipts printed on my ipad and couldn’t get it to work.

Product was a waste of money. Will not print or connect with laptop. Bought for work. Was very embarrassed when it would print at clients house😭😭😭🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This M832 thermal portable printer is very light, compact, and easy to carry. This printer can use both rolls of paper and sheets of paper. The build quality is excellent and I did not find any issue when I inspected it. Loading the paper is straightforward. Be sure to press the tabs in that hold the paper in place. Do not force the paper tabs to move because you will break them. Gently press the tab and they come out. Installing the paper is the same except you'll insert the back of the tab in first and gently press down. You will hear a faint click which means its in place. This printer uses the Phomemo app for iOS and Android. The apps is easy to use and detects this printer with no issues. To use with Windows or macOS, you will need to use the USB cable and install the drivers from Phomemo's downloads page for the M832 printer. The print quality is very good. The text is crisp and clear. A variety of labels and can used to print on. I've used several sizes to print various things with no issues. Overall, this is a great portable thermal printer. The battery life is good, it can do 15ppm, the print quality is excellent, and it's versatile with paper options.

I really like this thermal printer. It is very easy to use and set up. I use it with a wired connection to my PC and its basically plug and play. It can be wirelessly connected to a phone or other device, which makes it ideal for use while travelling. The quick guide instructions are probably my favorite feature. They are clear and easy to follow. I also appreciate that the included thermal paper is very easy to load. It doesn't jam and the print quality is very impressive. The paper is very different than the thermal paper I used a long time ago. It feels just like regular copy paper. It also has a very good cut off blade. The soft travel bag will keep it protected. It comes with everything needed to start printing. It's compact, feels solid and is very convenient.
