Love this rug. It catches so.muvh dirt and debris. Also helps kind of dry off my dog's feet. Doesn't slip around a lot on my hardwood floors. It's nice and soft. It also fits under doors so it works great in my mud room. I will be buying another for my other entry way.

Nice Mat; cute, however, doesn't stick to floor. Curls up when back door is opened.

I love my smiry dog rug/ mat. Keeps my floors cleaner from my active out side dogs. Water absorbs into the mat but not on my floors. Dirt is held into the fibers. Easy to wash and dry. I have used thes type mats for as long as they have been out on the market. Small ones work great for shower time too. Making less messes on your floor. They do not slip , making them great when your big dog runs through the house or you are. Safety is an important part of a home for you and your pets. The fabric is soft enough to my fields the love to lay on it. Hair washes or vacs out easy too. There are great colors to Mach your home. I might add , while you are buying for your home don’t forget your back seat for a comfy ride , for your best friend.

problem solved! my small sometimes wet dog sits on the back of a recliner I usialy sit on to read, this item replaced the fleece throw I put up there for her comfort, it often slipped around, this doesn’t and drys her off, when she has been outside on a rainy day. it stays in place, and is nice looking too! glad I bought it, it works well for me!

I have 5 dogs and this rug is absolutely amazing. It traps dirt really well. It’s light weight. Very soft. I have a 80 pound dog and 5 pound dog they run in and out the dog door all day and the grip on this rug stays put.

The space is covered but open on all sides. I like the colors of this door mat. The blue is bright and the white paw stands out clearly. The chenille is soft and shakes out easily. The backing on the rug keeps it in place. We use the back door many times each day and the mat stays put. I washed the Smiry Dog Door Mat in a front loading washing machine with medium spin and line dried it. It came out fine. However, it did take a day and a half to dry. The quality of the Smiry Dog Door Mat is okay. The chenille pile is a bit thin and flattens quickly. Still, the Smiry Dog Door Mat is an economical door mat that's colorful and cute.

Was great for a month before it fell apart. All the edging has come away. $84 to break in a month - shame because otherwise really liked it.

I started using this mat years ago for muddy paws with my last dog. With our new dog I have one at the back landing for paws and one on her favourite spot. She has occasional small accidents so I have the mat down to protect the furniture. They wash up really nicely, tumble dry low for a few minutes and hang to finish drying. The mats have excellent absorption whether it’s wet and muddy paws or a small accident - underneath the mat is dry. This is worth the money.
