A very tender seaweed, great for people who don't usually like seaweed! Can be used as a healthy substitute for tagliatelle or noodles to go with a raw pasta sauce. To remove the salt which is used to preserve the seaweed, rinse with fresh water. We find soaking it for 2 or 3 minutes after rinsing works well.
