I wish I'd bought this ages ago. I can't run because I have multiple ankle and knee injuries, it makes me super depressed because I loved being able to run full speed like a cheetah when I was young. I have felt like crap for ages even though I lift, you need to do some kind of cardio, so tried to get into skipping with a speedrope. I whipped myself sensless and couldn't get the hang of it, thinking I would never have the agility because of my disabilty level. Gave up on whipping myself and thought I'd give this a try because I heard it was easier to learn skipping with a heavy rope. IT'S TRUE, I COULD SKIP IMMEDIATELY!!!!! I have now been going strong for 2 weeks and my cardio level is returning to a healthy level. It's so brutal but so addicting at the same time. It's a HIIT workout and a really fun one. Not boring at all exercise that I want to do every single day, unlike stupid walking or stationary bike. Thank you so much for selling these ropes, when I feel brave enough I'll buy the heavier ones! Just 2lbs is instense, trust me!

My son is in taekwondo and I wanted to start losing weight so we got this weighted rope and we love it. We jump rope every day for at at least least 20 seconds it’s pretty heavy and does the job.

As expected. Really ups the workout.

Jump roping outside destroys the rope so lift it. The material need to be improved because even near the handles it unraveling.
