I bought this oil lamp globe to replace one that broke, and it's perfect. It's actually nicer than the one I replaced. Love the beading along the top rim. It fits perfectly. Would buy again.

Thicker thanost
This is not as fragile as others I have purchased. Nevertheless I managed to break these about once a year. I use my lamp a lot. The thinner glass requires only a light tap to break. This one actually has to fall to the ground to break.
