I then take it out at work and use in a office chair for when I'm not on my feet and it's helped in the space of a few days. I even use at home in my recliner. Makes it that bit better. Thought it was expensive but if works, it's obviously worth it and in a sale I paid £30 ish. Worth it! Soft but firm where it needs to be. Pop this in your car as a driver or passenger and you'll notice a difference. It doesn't move you forward to much at the front, just keeps your posture in a much better position. I have a brand new kia car and they're comfortable seats but this is ever better for people suffering with a bad lumber lower back. So easy to move about and had two stretchy straps with clips on to hold in place but I find you don't always need to strap it in the chairs you use. I move mine alot so don't bother. I'll update if it goes flat and doesn't add support like it used to. I can't see that happening as its that material that bounces back. I've got a bed cushion I sleep on that's similar and that has never gone flat over the years.
