This product is cheaply made and first time daughter riding it the training wheels came off. Had to replace bolts to keep training wheels attached. The parent bar to help child comes loose every ride tightened several times and still loose.

Garbage product. Garbage customer service. Danger to your child.
I bought this for my son. He is 6, but more at a a 4 to 5 year old size (he has a genetic condition). This bike was a good size for him, since 12 was slightly too small, and 16 was too big.He rode this, maybe, 4 times, and the seat tube snapped. Not the seat post, but the frame where it inserts.This was assembled according to the directions, and with plenty of seat post still in the seat tube.I would avoid this brand. The customer service email is not correct in the listing and I got 3 run arounds before I got the actual correct email address. I sent the photos and the serial number and it's been several days with no resolution after the initial contact was made. I ended up calling Amazon customer service and they were able to make an exception since the return window had closed by then, but not without incurring a small fee.Not only has the customer service been terrible, but this is a danger to children. I would advise you to go anywhere else. Luckily, this was a gradual crack, so we spotted it before any injury could occur.

UPDATE: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. They reached out to me and corrected the issue. Would buy from them again…I really like the color and wanted to love this bike..but on my sons 3rd ride the training wheels bent
