These taste nice and are very chewy but have no bitter taste and are adult vitamin gummies. They're only suitable for adults- they are not the child version. The ingredients are all of your daily vitamins (generally) as an adult. As someone who's neurodivergent, I wouldn't be able to take vitamins in pill form even if I know it's healthy for me so gummies bypass that Would recommend especially for any adults struggling with taking their daily vits in pill form

I’ve had these on a monthly subscription for a while now. I find them far easier to take than tablets – just one chewable a day and that’s it. No faffing about with big capsules or remembering different bottles. The raspberry and pomegranate flavour is decent too, more like a sweet than a vitamin, so it doesn’t feel like a chore. Texture’s soft enough, not tough or chalky, and it’s become part of the daily routine without me really thinking about it. It’s only one a day, which keeps things simple, and the subscription means I never run out. For me, it’s a straightforward, hassle-free way to stay topped up.

Taste good

I love these vitamins, they're incredible. I started taking them in January after I was extremely sick in December to try and boost my immune system, and they have done exactly that. I do think they take a little while to kick in (maybe 6-8 weeks) but they're brilliant. I struggle with swallowing vitamins often because they're so big but these are great because they're chewy, easy to remember, and taste great. I actually have these on subscription, I like them so much. They have the right dosages for everyday vitamin usage, although they are on the lower side for vitamin D, so just keep that in mind if you have a deficiency. Otherwise, these are great vitamins.
