A very reasonably priced set of cowbells for a group of players, that definitely ring loudly for their size and have a nice tone and solid construcion. I picked these up for a creative music concept, and not for sporting events, but I can imagine drawing plenty of attention with these little bells.

These cow bells are small enough to hold with your forefinger and thumb, but they clank louder than they look. The metal they are made of felt nice and solid, no flex, but not dense enough to make the bells heavy. I also noted that the "mallet" inside is more like a thick paperclip, however when it hits the sides of the bell, it makes the satisfying metallic clank associated with cow bells.I ended up handing these out to coworkers, and we used them to do a work-contextualized version of the 12 Days holiday song. It worked out perfect and added a fun element.These are great to be used to make cow bell noises at events, but they also look nice enough, especially the red ones that I got, to be used as holiday decorations too.

These are hobby quality, good enough to put in a themed gift basket or on tables as part of a centerpiece. They do not sound particularly lovely, but then again, they are cow bells so I suppose that's to be expected.

It seems like it would be pretty straight-forward, but based on ones I've seen lately, there is apparently some art to it--and some makers are still seeking that art.These bells are well-made. Of the 12, none have an off-note indicative of construction flaws. So far they seem durable (they all survived my clumsy spill from waist height to the floor). No sharp edges to harm little hands. The bells are painted, and I suspect the paint won't last but this offers an excuse to customize them to suit the owner: team or school colors are as close as the nearest appropriately-colored can of spray paint.

These cowbells are a great value, they work wonderful and definitely make a lot of noise. I would not recommend them for a classroom because they are very noisy and gave me a headache. I would opt for some holiday bells if you want a nicer sounding ring however, this is nice for a pep rally or an outdoor event, or if you prefer to use the bell individually or have a more controlled group of kids, but I was using them for preschoolers, which quickly escalated into loud frenzy.

They’re small, but are loud. I like that they came in a pack. I plan to decorate mine and use them at my daughter’s games. They’re small enough to fit a pair in my purse. They’re good quality as they are sturdy. They’re worth the buy.

If you have pets that like to sneak into the tree water, or steal baubles off the tree when no one is watching than these bells will make a great little tattle-tale system alerting you that the pet is messing with the tree!Oh the look of SHOCK at the tattle-tale tree by my cats!!
