Great company! Product coming along.
So far, this has been a mostly good experience and our viewers love the access! There was significant setup time as we had to figure out how to tie the boxcast unit into our media board for best audio and also set up cell signal access through our router to get the throughput we needed out here in the country. Fine trimming is limited to every 4-8 minutes, so fine tuning is not as fine as we would like. The video only allows 1-2 changes before one must save and start again making further adjustments to the video.Service from Boxcast has been outstanding as they strived to help solve challenges and issues. The tip to use auto-update for each new scheduled recording helped a lot, especially given that our Office 365 site is sensitive about this link & media feed (every change to the page corrupts the link forcing us to repaste the source code to the page).Despite our struggles, I heartily recommend Boxcast for pushing your media to your website. The company strives to assist in every way they can.

They are the real deal
We are a Church and for the last 5 months have tried to live stream with other companies. They dropped our stream 2 or 3 times during the service. We have top of the line ethernet and computer. Also the audio was just terrible. BoxCaster has saved us! Whatever JuJu and magic they have like HEVC works. All of there service is great. Questions are answered very fast. Video tutorials are very helpful. Well worth the money to get your stream out.

My clients loved it! Super user friendly.
Recently used this to live stream a college graduation. Probably the easiest piece of production hardware I've ever worked with. You plug it in, schedule your events, and your live. Nice to work with an all in one solution. My clients were also super happy with the trimming feature, and that there was no turnaround time for the archive, it was automatically archived and embedded on their website before we left the building.

BoxCast is as easy to use as any video production piece I have ever used. Their product is of great quality and a true service to our fan base. They offer a variety of flexible options for free services and also a ticket item feature. They have a customer service group that is second to none. I would strongly recommend their services.
