This reformer is great, but it is cheap! I wanted a cheap performer for my studio apartment and this fit the bill.The Good:-Great for the price point, quick delivery and felt that it is a very solid machine-Easy to assemble and store-I really liked that it has real springs, I found the tension to be quite nice!-Solid Frame-Loops for hands and feet are super soft-At 5’2”, I was able to use the jump board with easeThe Bad:-As others mentioned, it came in a huge crate that was a bit of a pain to unbox and get the reformer out-“You get what you pay for craftsmanship” This is a great reformer if you are on a budget. However, the footbar does wiggle a bit, and the shoulder rests could use more padding-When trying to play around with folding up the reformer, one of the hinges did snap. This was most likely my error, but was extremely frustrating since I did just receive it. Amazon did offer me a replacement and are sending someone to pick up the broken reformer.-Even though they hinge snapped, it does not affect usability when laid out on the ground-When not using straps, they tend to get caught in the carriage. I just unclipped the straps when I was not using them.Overall, I do like this reformer. Before the hinge snapped, I was able to cycle through one of my favorite workouts and did really enjoy it. If you want real springs, and don’t wanna spend $500+ on an AeroPilates or professional machine, this is the reformer for you! I wanted something for my apartment that allowed me to practice at home, and this machine definitely can accomplish that! If you were a Pilates pro, this is probably not the machine for you. But if you want to just stretch out a bit without breaking the bank, definitely consider this reformer!

I’ve been going to club Pilates for the last 4 years and really wanted a reformer to workout with at home. This fit the bill! It was packaged in a sturdy crate, which I wish they had made it easier to open, but the it probably wouldn’t have been in such good shape. So do be aware that it is difficult to open. The reformer itself was fully assembled, just needs to put the shoulder pads and poles for the straps in, but that was easy enough.It’s quite heavy but it does fold so that you can put it away. It comes with the steel springs, adjustable foot bar, foot strap. It honestly feels quite similar to studio reformer but without the heavy cost! The cardio jump board is padded, not a bungee board like the other cheap reformers.I truly love it and highly reccomend anyone who want a reformer to get this one! You’re definitely getting your bang for your buck!

The crate was a pain honestly it was ridiculously heavy not to mention there were a lot of broken bits of wood that would get stuck in my hands . Opening it was just as bad honestly I cut myself badly and my skin came up and it took me a little about an hour trying to open it . It was already assembled beside some pieces here and there and it does feel of great quality I’m not too happy abt the foot bar however it’s extremely shaky and noisy because of it I’m not sure if I did anything wrong but just wanted to let you guys know !!

I bought this as a way to save money because pilates classes are so expensive. The crate that the item came was extremely heavy and I need help from my boyfriend to get it into my apartment. While getting it out of the crate was also a pain...once it was out the assembly was very easy. It's so fun to use and works great. It's a bit heavy to move around but thankfully it has wheels so I've been able to move it myself without help.

Would give five stars but wheel wasn't in grove and was hard to get in. It was bent just enough that took my husband to fix. It is very sturdy. Was over packed. So not likely wheel was bent in shipment. It came in a wooden box. Everything inside was shrink wrapped. Bag with wheels had ripped open , but all hardware was in crate. Cushions are nice and thick. Very pretty reformer. Unfortunately I spent a lot of time trying to find a video of why the pad wasn't sliding. There are non on this pink reformer. I finally see a YouTube on another brand to figure out what the issue was. I thought because it was so well packaged, that I had missed unwrapping something. Good thing was, after seeing how flimsy some of the other brands were... Very pleased to have chosen this one.
