Wouldn't make it through the day without these. Works so well and doesnt make me sleepy, it just calms my nerves enough to get stuff done and helps me relax without draining me.

After working during the long hours a day. I need to unwind a lot. These supplements have helped me tremendously. I take two capsules drink 16oz of water. I’m so relaxed and my body responds well with this supplement.

It’s very good. For my body, personally I must take it at night or I’ll feel like my mind was turned off by a remote. I took it once in the day time and it made my mind feel friend though it was quiet inside. I hope that makes sense.

I can tell immediately when I take these. Certainly has held my mood swings - I can hold my sharp tongue a lot easier! Problem is I forget to take these daily. Easy to swallow, and no smell from the bottle.

I have been using this for almost 2 years I do tend to become stressed often and this really helps with my stress levels. I have recommended this to family members and others also they all tell me it has helped with anxiety. It’s great will continue to use this product

My son started taking this to help as a mood stabilizer, and it started out great. But after 6 weeks, he began to notice his temper being affected in a negative way. He was becoming irritated and short tempered for no apparent reason. He would be fine one minute, and the next he was flying off the handle over nothing. After doing more research into the product, it can cause real mental trouble for some people. There is also a withdrawal phase for about 2 weeks while stopping that is causing anger issues. Please do deeper research before you start taking it.

Not Extra Strength. 150mg is very low dosage and not worth the money. I have been taking 1500mg before I ordered this brand without reading the fine print.
