can it be used to kill mold ?

I would assume that this would not. What I remember of the spectrum, this is just at the beginning (405nm) of what is considered UV light. UV light is broken down into three spectrums: A, B, and C. UV-B is what is found in most tanning beds, and UV-C is what those germ killing lights have. Just above UV-C is actually soft x-ray, like what is used at security screenings for luggage and people. This light is on the total opposite end and is just past what we would call purple light. It has just enough "kick" to assemble some chemical bonds like in UV curing plastics. What you are looking for is UV-C some where around 200nm-280nm. Hope this helps.

Will this charge glow in the dark products as a uv led does?

Disagree with the guy bashing this product.  I put this up against a 60W UV light and used an actual UV a/b meter and it was putting out TWICE the UV than the 60W.

Maybe my 60W is "junk" but at 25W it's putting out more... so if it's junk, it's better junk and would do a great job curing resin.

It will also do a great job charging up glow stuff!

Can this light be used for curing poured resin objects in molds, or is it specifically for 3-D prints? Thanks!

Most pour resins are not uv cured
 They dry with time and the correct mixing ration of part a and part b. This light is designed for resin that's not mixed it hardens with uv light only. So the answer is no it will do nothing with pour resins. There is no lights that will help with pour resin u less it's uv hardening pour resin which I have never seen or heard of because molds tend to be solid colors.
