Ease of Use
This is one of my all time favorite pans. It is easy to use and clean. It gets hot evenly and cooks the food to perfection, the way I like it cooked.

Very great quality
So good to use and seems kind of physical unstick design that still works perfectly after so many times.

Incredible!
I was skeptical about this pants, but it has exceeded my expectations. It conducts heat very well even with electric burners, and has proven very stick resistant. I was able to fry eggs in there effortlessly with a small spray of oil

Thumbs up!
I've been cooking family meals since the late 80's. This is by far the best fry pay I have ever used. I bought it mostly for eggs in the in morning. An Amazing pan. Last year Amazon had this pan and matched with a 10" fry pan for a great price and I wish I had bought them then, never heard of this product and after going through so many fry pans over the years. Absolutely a great fry pan.

beautiful frypan
The heat stays where it belongs, and clean-up is a breeze. The weight is as expected, cast iron. and wooden handle keeps cool, so no burning hands. Really lovely pan. Wish it came with a lid...!

Works well but wooden handle will burn and removing the handle is not realistic for oven use.
Like the pan a lot. Doesn't stick, easy to clean and works well on my induction burner, however, with the wooden handle you have to be careful when using over an open flame, like gas. Also, the notion that you can remove the handle and put this pan in the oven is a non-starter. Too much trouble to do that. Good pan for the right application

Cooks like a cast iron and cleans like a nonstick
This has become my favorite fry pan. It's durable - at least so far after 3 months of use; it cleans really easily - as good as any nonstick I've used an unlike cast iron pans; it cooks like my cast iron pans - you can get a crisp on cooking that I've only gotten with cast iron. I find you can use a lot less butter or oil and still have it be fully nonstick. In my experience, nonstick pans lose their nonstick pretty quickly and I've owned many - including expensive ones. The weight is fairly easy to manage - it's lighter than cast iron but heavier than a nonstick pan. I liked the pan son much, I purchased one for each of my adult sons as a gift.

Update - Now have the metal handle version. Things don't stick. Not very heavy for cast iron.
Update : I see they are now offering the same basic pan but with a metal handle, oven safe.I like the wooden handle on the pan I have but I'd recommend getting the metal handled version, easier to put in the oven vs. removing the wooden handle..Was a little unsure how well this would cook but I'm impressed. It's iron but completely encased inside and out. Better non-stick performance than any other pan I've tried. We have an induction cooktop and have to be careful with cast iron as it can tend to scratch the glass top but since all sides are coated it seems to be fine. I still use it with our silicone induction cooktop protectors but it's got enough ferrous mass to work fine through the protector. The wooden handle is easy to remove if you want to put the pan in the oven but I do wish they offered a pan with an oven-proof handle. It's a minor nuisance to take the handle on and off but I'm not sure how many times before the threads that hold the handle on start to show wear. I did some digging and found the company in China that actually makes these pans and they do have a version with a metal handle - Imarku, you need to get those, too.If you're a techy type like me, looking at the Chinese factory website, I think these are actually pressed in a mold while the iron is red hot and malleable to get the pattern they have inside. So, they might be better described as forged iron - pretty cool technique as I couldn't imagine how they got the interior texture with typical cast iron cookware manufacturing.Definitely recommend.

I bought the wrong size, but still kept it
8 inch is basically the size to fry up a couple of eggs for one person. I thought it was the medium size when I ordered, however the quality was so good I didnt have the heart to return it. I ended up keeping this size and ordering a larger size as well.Love the huge rustic looking handle too.

Amazing!
I've been using this 8inch pan daily for about 2 months. I will not use anything else. Now, I'm looking to replace all my pans with this type.

Best pan with great value
I don't usually give product review, but this span works great. Not too heavy as a cast iron pan and non-stick with no oil. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will get a bigger one.
