This is not a yoga mat. It's a thin carpet. Since the fabric is very soft (like velvet), it has poor grip and the hand slips. Also it's extremely thin, so you feel the hard floor under your knees causing pain in most asanas. They are trying to go for fancy but are not providing what the most basic yoga mat would also have done. Also, does not come with a bag anymore (cited in older reviews) and also in their slate image.

I am an avid traveler and a yoga teacher as well, as i take online sessions, i require a foldable, easy to carry mat. Earlier i had a mat which was easy to carry but wasn’t anti slip which used to create a lot of chaos while teaching asanas like warrior pose or other balancing postures. I am using this mat for month now and i will not fall while doing warrior ( haha🤝🏻😂as the founders said in shark tank)Really impressed by quality, highly recommended for travelers and yoga instructors teaching offline.
